Rates and Availablity

Our Rates

Tauhara offers very reasonable rates for accomodation and food. Our rates per night for private retreatants are as follows:

Self-contained single : $70

Self-contained double : $95

Units : please note. When possible we allocate single accommodation, when busy - shared. If single unit accommodation is required, a surcharge may apply if units are in high demand.

Unit share with bed made up and towel provided : $50

Unit share with bedding and towel provided
(you make up the bed) : $40

Unit share bring your own bedding
(you make up the bed) : $30

Camping or campervan/motorhome power sites
(bring your own camping gear, vehicle, bedding) : $20

The daily rate can vary, particularly if you have a large group booking. Please contact Catherine Grace at Tauhara for specific information regarding your group.

Availability

Tauhara is usually booked months in advance, especially for weekends. Please refer to The Events Calendar for information about upcoming events.

Although the calendar may appear to be fully booked in places, there is often opportunity for two smaller groups to dovetail. The programme is subject to change. There is often the opportunity for private retreatants, or small groups, to be at Tauhara while other groups are using some of the facilities.
